my Kilifi day looks like this

DAY 1
• flight to Mombasa.
• Transfer to Beachhouse, welcome and relax.
.DAY 2-6 (or more)
• 06u30 Wake with sunrise
• 07u00 Walk/run at the white beach.
• 08u00 Fruit breakfast with green tea.
• 09u30 Swim in the Indian ocean / Aquajogging.
• 10u30 Fruit & big glass of waterwith lemon
free till lunch
• 12u00 Fruit & veggies & fresh fish or giant gamba’s
till 14:00 siesta/read/games
• 14u00 1 hr massage with cocos-oil (if you want, 10€ full body)
• 15u30 Yoga/exercises on the beach
• 16u15 Walk/swim along/in the ocean
• 17u00 Kenyan tea with herbs
• 17u00 Fruit & Veggies
DAY 7
• Transfer to airport
• Flight back to Europe

Daytrips possible after consulting host.

If you do not want to diet as tough as above (relax tho you will not be hungry !) you can order chicken/rice/ugali/sausages/eggs @ an extra cost.
